THE VILLA
Villa Sauternes is a newly-built villa that was completed during the autumn of 2008. The villa is in a high location in the centre of Nice in a gated community called Nice Garden. The area and villa are right next to a gigantic park or a strolling area called Colline St. Philippe. The villa is located in the south-west and has a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Southern Alps.
The villa is a single-storey villa with a total surface area of around 250 m2. The villa offers 5 double rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Each room also has its own TV, computer, DVD and safe. People need to be able feel that they have a level of privacy and security as a guest at Villa Sauternes! The master bedroom also has a sofa bed, so the maximum number of guests is 12 people. Two families live very well at Villa Sauternes, and so does a management group for a small or medium-sized company. |

The social areas are well equipped and the large kitchen is the heart of the villa. With an open plan solution, we have created a lovely atmosphere where kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas and the living room are all interlinked. The indoor social areas have high ceilings and plenty of space. The villa has a beautiful fireplace for pleasant gatherings during the winter period. The villa is heated by both an environmentally friendly heat pump, but also with wonderful underfloor heating, which is needed because all of the floors in the villa are made of superior Travertino marble that can otherwise get cold when the autumn and winter arrive.

It is heat, sun and swimming that people want close at hand when they travel to the French Riviera. Villa Sauternes offers its guests several outdoor spaces at different points of the compass, and the continuous marble-laid surface of the outdoor spaces amounts to almost 200 m2. Everyone likes the mosaic-laid, heated pool that always stays at 29 degrees Celsius. There are of course lovely sun loungers and large parasols to be had, as well as outdoor dining areas and an inviting sofa group and a small bar area. Villa Sauternes’ outdoor spaces disappoint no-one… |
Even during the hot summer, people need to be able to cool off though, if only to be able to sleep well. The villa is therefore equipped with complete air conditioning in all rooms, and the temperature is individually adjustable.

There is entertainment for everyone at Villa Sauternes. A large A large TV, DVD with cinema sound equipment in the living in the living room mean that you can enjoy either the range of TV channels (25 channels) or also watch a film from the villa’s good film library. There are lots of popular children’s films but also one hundred films for the rest of the family. There is also a Sony Playstation to pacify the TV games enthusiast.

The villa’s own Ipod offers nearly 4 000 songs from various genres, and there are some great play lists for long evening meals or lunches. There are speakers indoors and outdoors. Each room also has Itunes installed on each computer, where there are also around 4 000 songs to choose from. You can of course also watch films in your own room if you want a break from the company of other guests.
The villa’s garage has been equipped as a games hall. There is a billiards table, a football game, a large hockey game, air hockey and a darts board. This room will appeal to both young and old!

It goes without saying that Villa Sauternes offers its guests free wireless Internet! Being a guest of ours will be easy – Wellness is our catchword!
